Key Responsibilities:

Handle data entry tasks, record-keeping, and document management.

Maintain and update internal databases and systems.

Support the accounts, HR, and operations team with back-end activities.

Process paperwork, verify documents, and ensure accuracy in data.

Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation.

Coordinate with various departments for seamless workflow.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Manage emails, correspondence, and file organization.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Provide administrative support to ensure company operations run smoothly.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
