Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:

    • Identify and acquire new-to-bank current account customers through market intelligence and leads.

    • Ensure quality sourcing by adhering to bank compliance and KYC norms.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Maintain and grow the book size by deepening existing relationships.

    • Cross-sell bank products such as Trade Forex, CMS, Term Deposits, Asset Products, and third-party offerings.

    • Monitor account activities and ensure profitability and low attrition.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, ensuring prompt turnaround, and proactive relationship engagement.

    • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and service levels.

  • Compliance & Risk:

    • Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory compliance norms.

    • Monitor high-risk accounts and take corrective measures to minimize risk.

  • Revenue Generation:

    • Drive revenue by ensuring activation of the accounts and increasing product penetration.

    • Meet monthly targets for account acquisition, activation, and income generation.
