Role :  Application Developer    Role Description :  Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Must have Skills :  Service Cloud    Good to Have Skills :   Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL, Apttus Solutions, Java, Strong Communication Skills    Job Requirements :  1: Responsibilities   a: Need experience in designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations b: Need Experience in designing, coding and implementing APEX code Triggers Classes Components etc Visual force components  SOQL statements and other advanced Sales force customizations  c: Strong experience needed with technologies supporting SaaS applications  including XML  Web Services  HTML  and JavaScript d: Need  Experience evaluating  selecting  implementing  and integrating technology tools into a client solution e: Need Strong Web and internet related skills including HTML XML and JavaScript experience 2: Professional Experience  a: Need a very robust knowledge of Salesforce com and deep experience adapting it to various business need b: Need a strong architectural background to guide the optimal evolution of the companys enterprise architecture c: Need Robust communication and collaboration skills
