Job Description:

• Designation – Assistant Manager/ Manager Accounts
• Experience – 5+ Years
• Qualification – Any graduate
• Skills – SAP or Oracle
• Salary: Best in industry
• Working days – Mon to Sat (2^nd & 4^th Sat Work from home)
• Working time – 10:00 am to 06:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Handle statutory compliance, including GST filing, GST audits, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant laws.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure all queries are addressed effectively.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of accounting data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Liaise with consultants, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies when required.
• Ensure the organization’s accounting policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current financial regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle is a must.
• Strong understanding of GST laws, audits, and filings.
• Good knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
