Job Description:
A Regional Training Manager - Agency Vertical at Aditya Birla Group would be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the agency workforce, focusing on the agency channel. This role aims to enhance productivity and employee development within the agency network, potentially including both classroom and online training methods.
Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:Design and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and business needs.

Training Delivery:Facilitate training sessions, both online and in-person, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Performance Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in training effectiveness and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Content Creation:Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and online modules.

Performance Management:Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve performance.

Agency Liaison:Act as a point of contact for agency partners regarding training and development needs.

Technology Integration:Utilize e-learning platforms and online resources to deliver training content.
Skills and Experience:
- Training Experience: 5-9 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Finance, Insurance).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver training effectively in local languages.
- Content Development: Ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
- Project Management: Ability to manage training projects, from planning to execution.
- Performance Management: Understanding of performance management principles and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online learning portals.
