Job Description:

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the business operations within the designated region, driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of regional targets. The role will also involve developing and implementing strategic business plans, conducting market analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Regional Business Manager will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and providing training and support to the sales team.
