Job Description:

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive a positive work culture.
  • Analyse the employee engagement survey results, track and co-ordinate the action plans
  • Organize team-building activities, and other engagement events.
  • Enhance internal communication through FGDs and HR Connects

Talent Management

Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
Support in Talent management processes – conducting Talent Councils, Mapping employee data, etc.

Learning & Development (L&D):

Assess training needs through employee development plan and support in implementing effective L&D programs.
Collaborate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Data & HR Analytics:

Support in managing HRMS and employee data analysis
Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and employee satisfaction.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels
Strong eagerness to learn
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Highly enthusiastic and energetic personality
Proactive and results-driven mindset
