Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. –Electrical

Experience: 2-3 Year’s Experience

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male/Female candidate with a strong technical background in Electrical.

Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently over the phone.

Resides in or near Thane.

Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and is a reliable team player.

Displays a genuine willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Independent Quotation Guidance: Ability to independently guide and oversee the preparation of quotations.

Ensure accuracy and completeness in all aspects of the quotation process.

Priority Setting: Proficient in fixing priorities for quotation preparation based on urgency and requirements.

Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines for multiple quotations.

Customer Interaction: Independently handle customer calls and provide necessary guidance.

Address customer inquiries, clarifications, and provide relevant information.

Quotation Tracking: Keep track of all incoming quotations.

Monitor and record the time taken to respond to each quotation.

Excel Proficiency: Possess good knowledge of Excel for effective data management and analysis.

Utilize Excel functions to streamline and enhance the quotation preparation process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quotations, communications, and responses.

Ensure proper documentation for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to streamline the overall quotation process.

Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of quotation procedures.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic trading environment.

Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Additional Details:

Timely salary disbursement.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 8 hours

14 Hindu festival holidays per year.

24 paid leaves annually (included in salary post-probation period).
