- Handle customer complaints and queries received through calls and emails with empathy and professionalism
- Provide backend support to the Relationship Manager team for complaint-related issues
- Accurately log customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments
- Ensure timely updates and resolutions are communicated to customers
- Follow up with internal teams to track resolution progress
- Send closure confirmation emails to customers once complaints are resolved
Other details:
- Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work Days - Mon to Sat
- It will be on 3rd Party Payroll role of Talisman Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd (renewable role)
