Job Description:

  • Handle customer complaints and queries received through calls and emails with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide backend support to the Relationship Manager team for complaint-related issues
  • Accurately log customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments
  • Ensure timely updates and resolutions are communicated to customers
  • Follow up with internal teams to track resolution progress
  • Send closure confirmation emails to customers once complaints are resolved

 

Other details:

  • Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  •  Work Days - Mon to Sat
  •  It will be on 3rd Party Payroll role of Talisman Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd (renewable role)
