Job Description: Training Program Coordinator (Marathi Language)

Position Title: Training Program Coordinator
Department: Training & Development
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Training Programs: Supervise training programs to ensure adherence to company guidelines, compliance, and best practices.

  2. Provide Expertise in Proofreading: Review and proofread program drafts, training materials, and related documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

  3. Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions conducted in Marathi, ensuring they meet organizational standards.

  4. Communication in Marathi: Ensure effective communication during training sessions in Marathi, fostering a clear understanding of the content among participants.

  5. Maintain Documentation: Ensure that all training-related documentation, including participant feedback and session reports, is properly maintained and updated.

  6. Support Local Language Requirements: Align training materials and communication with local language requirements, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.

  7. Collaborate with Trainers and Stakeholders: Work closely with trainers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in training programs and recommend enhancements based on feedback and evaluations.

  9. Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on training progress, compliance, and effectiveness for senior management review.

  10. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends in training and development, ensuring that the training programs remain relevant and up-to-date.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training program coordination or management.

  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, particularly in Marathi.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Marathi and English.

  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
