Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Factory at Hyderabad – Kathedan, Jalpally

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books, Tally Prime, and professional email communication. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth accounting operations at our fabrication unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate entries in Zoho Books and Tally Prime.

• Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

• Manage payroll processing for factory employees.

• Prepare regular financial reports like P&L statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets.

• Handle vendor and client communications professionally via email.

• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in finalization of accounts.

• Support admin and HR teams with documentation and compliance processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Accounting.

• Proficient in Zoho Books and Tally Prime.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

• Excellent email communication skills for professional correspondence.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
