We are looking for a uPVC Window Product engineer with technical expertise in fabricating high-quality uPVC doors, windows, and façade elements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling fabrication machinery, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Read and interpret window/door fabrication drawings and specifications.
 Cut, assemble, and fabricate uPVC profiles using standard fabrication tools and machines (welding machines, routers, saws, etc.).
 Install necessary hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets.
 Perform welding and corner cleaning for uPVC frames as per standards.
 Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality check at each stage of fabrication.
 Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
 Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for project requirements.
 Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during fabrication.

Preferred Skills:

 Basic knowledge of site installation practices.
 Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and techniques for uPVC systems.
 Familiarity with uPVC machinery operations.
 Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and cutting lists.
 Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.
 Good teamwork and communication skills.
 Knowledge of aluminium window fabrication is an advantage.
 Strong interpretation of product drawing
 Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

 B. Tech/Diploma engineering in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field.
 4+ years of hands-on experience in uPVC window and door fabrication.
