We have an opening for the position of Technical/Customer support associate for a disputed Company for the Pune location.
Job description:
- Support schools through email/phone.
- Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
- Visit schools for on-the-ground support
- Provide product training to the client.
Desired Profile of the candidate skills:
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
- Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Language proficiency – English, Hindi
Job Location - Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)
