Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Technical/Customer support associate for a disputed Company for the Pune location.

 

Job description:

  • Support schools through email/phone.
  • Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
  • Visit schools for on-the-ground support                         
  • Provide product training to the client.                    

Desired Profile of the candidate skills:

  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
  • Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, etc.
  • Language proficiency – English, Hindi
 

Job Location - Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)

 
 
Educational background—should be a graduate; if communication skills are excellent, we can consider HSC passed candidates too.
