Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Certification in Stores/Inventory Management (preferred)
Experience: min 3 Years experience in Stores activities & maintain inventory of spare parts, service parts.
Location: Andheri east in Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Stores Executive to manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, service parts, and installation materials at our Mumbai location.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in store-keeping, stock control, and material handling, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory levels of spare parts, service parts, and installation material.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Issue materials to service and installation teams based on requisitions.
Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with purchase, service, and installation teams for timely availability of required materials.
Maintain documentation for inward and outward stock transactions.
Ensure FIFO method and maintain material safety and cleanliness in the store.
Handle logistics and dispatch coordination as needed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for review.
