Store officer (RM Chemical) at Khopoli in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Any Graduate, Bsc chemistry. Certification in Stores/Inventory Management (preferred)
Experience: min 2 to 5 Years experience in Stores activities from Chemical industry to ensure Raw material, packing material, solvents are stored appropriately.
Location: Khopoli in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Raw material, packing material, solvents are stored appropriately (With respect to designated area, identification of labels, and storage conditions).
Co-ordination with planning, production, purchase, Quality Control, and other departments for effective functioning of warehouse.
Responsible for Physical stock verification and reconciliation of raw material as per define daily or as a when required.
Responsible for receipts ( Rm/Pm and solvent tankers ), storage, dispensing and accounting of raw materials.
Ensure and maintain the location tracking of materials.
Carry out dispensing activity as per dispensing plan.
Responsible for Inward material unloading for trading.
Ensures that all Pest Control activities are done as per schedule.
Maintenance of sufficient stock of RM and packaging materials.
Any other assignment allocated by Department Head.
Continual improvement of Quality Management System Process.
To carry out all activities of raw material stores, as instructed by the Department head and any other assignment allocated by Store Head.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of department, premises, and equipment’s.
Ensuring stores materials record update.
Follow Personnel Hygiene practices and monitor Departmental hygiene.
Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policy of the organization.
Knowledge of SAP for MM module will be an added advantage.
