Senior Process Associate (Loss Mitigation)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is necessary in any stream.
- Minimum of 3 Yrs experience in the US Mortgage Servicing with hands on knowledge &
experience of Loss Mitigation.
- Ready to work in Night shifts.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be self-motivator and initiative-taker.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
- Exposure to Encompass Loan Origination System & MSP.
Job Role
- Process Loss mitigation applications and verify the accuracy of borrower-provided information.
- Review Borrower financial statements, hardship letters, and other supporting documents to assess
the eligibility for Loss mitigation programs.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and within the required timeframe.
- Ensure the missing documents letter has been requested and sent to borrower.
- Ensure timely follow-up with borrowers and maintain clear documentation of all communications.
- Ensure all Loss mitigation activities comply with federal and state regulations.
