Position:          QC Manager

Location:          Bhopal

Experience:       8 - 10 Year

Responsibilities:

• Manage QC activities raw materials, in-process, and finished biosimilar products.

• Oversee analytical and microbiological testing (e.g., HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot).

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, USFDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines.

• Review and approve test results, protocols, and reports.

• Lead method validation, method transfer, and analytical troubleshooting.

• Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA investigations.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Prepare and support for regulatory audits and inspections.

• Implement and monitor data integrity practices.

• Train and manage QC staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

• Coordinate with QA, RA, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.

• Manage QC documentation, LIMS, and QMS systems.

Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.
• SAP Knowledge.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc 

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
