Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Lead strategic consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

1. Conduct high-level business diagnostics and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

1. Conduct comprehensive SWOT and Risk analysis for execution of strategic plans.

1. Design and implement Balanced Scorecards, facilitate Hoshin Kanri planning sessions to align business activities with vision and strategy.

1. Conduct Feasibility Studies to evaluate the practicality and potential success of proposed projects or initiatives.

1. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.

1. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on strategic planning tools and methodologies.

1. Develop Contingency Plans to prepare for unforeseen events and ensure business continuity.

1. Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

1. Provide ongoing support and advisory services to help clients achieve their Strategic goals and objectives.

Expected profile:

1. Should be a B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering (any branch) or MBA.

1. Should have at least 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the Strategy domain.

1. Proven expertise in Porter's Five Forces, Portfolio Analysis, Hoshin Kanri, Feasibility Studies, Risk Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and Contingency Planning.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

1. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will add an advantage.
