Job Description:

Job Title: Accounts Executive – Personal Accounting

Location: Nerul
Department: Accounts
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage the personal financial records and portfolio of a high-net-worth individual. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, financial planning experience, and the ability to ensure compliance and efficient financial management. This role requires a high degree of trust, confidentiality, and integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

  • Develop and oversee personal budgets, establish financial goals, and support long-term financial planning.

  • Assist in tax planning, preparation of personal tax returns, and compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

  • Provide insights on investment strategies, track investment performance, and liaise with financial advisors as needed.

  • Monitor and manage personal cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity for expenses and investment opportunities.

  • Prepare financial reports and analyses for internal decision-making and external reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); MBA in Finance or equivalent preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the jewellery, retail, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and online banking platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


Preferred Attributes:

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

  • Familiarity with personal wealth management and tax regulations.
