Job Title:
Sales Representative – FMCG (Snacks)
Reports To:
Zonal Supervisor / Sales Lead
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Management:
-
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly primary sales targets within the assigned taluka-based territory.

Secure regular orders from semi-wholesalers and ensure timely CRM system entry.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure timely logistics and delivery coordination.

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with semi-wholesalers.
-
Conduct weekly in-person visits to all assigned accounts to maintain visibility and rapport.

Present and explain the company’s snack product portfolio, pricing, and offers effectively.

Market Intelligence:
-
Actively collect and report competitor activity, pricing trends, new product launches, and customer feedback.

Operational Support:
-
Coordinate and resolve minor operational issues (e.g., delivery follow-ups, feedback relay).

Efficiently manage daily travel and allowances as per company policy.

Professional Representation:

Uphold brand image and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all market dealings.

Basic understanding of sales processes.

Exposure to semi-urban and rural markets is a significant advantage.

Basic tech-savviness – should be able to use CRM apps on smartphones/tablets.
Experience:
-
1 to 3 years of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, Beverages, Telecom, or similar distribution-heavy industries.

Experience in dealing with wholesalers or semi-wholesalers is highly desirable.

Freshers with strong aptitude and drive may be considered for select positions with comprehensive training.
Education:
-
Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC)

Preferred: Graduate in any stream
Other Requirements:

Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own or have access to a two-wheeler.

Willing to relocate or be based in/near the assigned territory within Gujarat.
