Job Description:

A Branch Sales Manager is a key player in driving the success of a branch’s sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the branch.
Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualification: Graduate (any stream) + MBA Marketing (preferred) or BE Mechnical
Experience: Min 4 to 10 yrs experience in Sales & Marketing activities from steel industry, Tata steel products like Tata Shaktee, Tata Astrum, Tata Agrico, Tata Wiron, Tata Steelium, etc..
Work location: Secunderabad & ready to handle whole Telangana, Andhra Pradesh state.

Job Brief
In this role, a Branch Sales Manager is responsible for:

Setting and achieving sales targets for the branch.
Coordinating sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.
Mentoring and training the sales team for continuous improvement.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Ensuring development of channel partners / Traders and achievement of sales targets.
Implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting future sales trends.
Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Managing and controlling credit of customers through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits.
Constantly supporting and hand holding customers for all inquiries, payments, complaints, rejections, technical queries etc.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.

Requirements and Skills: To excel in this role, a Branch Sales Manager should possess the following.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
