Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Pegasystems User Experience, Pegasystems Platform  Good to Have Skills :    Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities: a: Strong understanding of Pega,  b: Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL c: Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture/design/Coding d: Good understanding of Agile methodologies e: Pega 6 or Pega 7 Certifications would be added advantage  2: Professional Experience: a: 3 to 5 years of experience using Pega b: Hands on experience in Pega 6 or 7 development c: 3 years of Experience in full PRPC implementation Cycle, including Enterprise Class Structure design and Ruleset design d: 3 to 5 years of Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interfaces, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sing-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, ListenersFile, MQ, Connectors, REST and SOAP Services
