Job Description:

LOCATION DETAILS:

 

Airoli (Navi Mumbai) or remote working* (*only in cases of relocation candidates who are not willing to relocate- to be communicated verbally ONLY and not via written communication. These candidates will have to come down to the office in Airoli (Maharashtra) to work for 2 weeks after every 2 months (expenses will be borne by the company).


Responsibilities

  • Setting up (customizing) the configuration and documentation of the corresponding system.
  • Analyzing the project brief to develop a work plan and estimate the required effort.
  • Defining the specifications & results to be delivered.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and defining system requirements and change requests.
  • Creating/developing and/or implementing user training/instruction.
  • Assuring ticket handling in accordance with the defined service level
  • Analyzing information requirements and flows to support process improvement.
  • Identifying and improving process waste within applications for enhanced data quality/connectivity.


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical or business fields (e.g., computer science or MBA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain processes with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in application environment and development tools namely Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP APO or SAP IBP.
  • Proficiency as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Developer/Consultant with a knack for developing solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Strong consulting and project management skills, accustomed to international, multicultural environments.
  • Excellent development skills and experience in integrating Kinaxis Rapid Response with SAP ERP.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at the management level are crucial.
