  8. Become a reliable point of contact for each customer.

Candidate's Profile

Graduate 

3+ years’ experience in customer service role

1+ years’ experience

Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills required

Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
