Job Description:
- Coordinate with clients for service
- manage petty cash
- manage technicians
- assign leads
- Cold Calling.
- Coordinate internally and determine the best utilization of technician and salesperson.
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring existing clients to purchase services
- Become a reliable point of contact for each customer.
Candidate's Profile
Graduate
3+ years’ experience in customer service role
1+ years’ experience
Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
