Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the client management team in maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of IT-related projects. This position involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks to support the overall account management process. Additionally, Account Manager will also manage the client and be a single point of contact for all the new IT related requirements the client has put forth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for day-to-day communication.
- Assist with gathering client requirements, understanding their IT needs, and communicating those needs to the relevant technical teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Project Support:
- Assist in tracking project progress, identify potential delays, and work with the project team to resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and client-facing deliverables.
- Internal Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, IT infrastructure, support, and sales) to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure proper workflow and
- timely completion of tasks.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, client communications, and meeting notes.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Support Services:
- Provide support for ongoing IT services and assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues as needed.
- Ensure IT systems are maintained according to agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Assist with reviewing contract renewals, quotes, and invoices.
