Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Sales Head for Direct Point Business for Mumbai will lead and manage the overall Sales Strategy and execution for Direct Points. This role is critical in driving subscriber growth, revenue generation, market expansion in alignment with the company’s business objectives and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Goals
  • Ensuring the Revenue Goals are achieved as per the Annual Operating Plan.
  1. Net Sub-Base Additions
  • Developing strategies for Net Sub-Base Additions & achieving the assigned targets.
  1. Churn Management & Customer Retention
  • Developing strategies for Customer Retention & Win Back Customers.
  • Ensuring high level of Customer Satisfaction through excellent Relationship Management & services.
  • Timely escalation / resolution of Customer Issues and ensuring pleasant Customer Experience & Customer Responsiveness.
  1. Maximize Sales, Increase Customer Base & Profitability
  • Developing strategies to Maximize Sales, increase Customer Base & Profitability
  • Analyse market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
  • Taking Special Initiatives for Cost Control & other Projects.
  1. Team Leadership & Development
  • Training of Area Manager & Sales Executives and assigning the tasks in an equitable manner.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture across all sales functions.
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track, analyse, and report on key sales metrics (e.g., subscriber additions, ARPU, churn) to derive insights and refine strategies.
  • Prepare regular updates and business forecasts for senior leadership.
