Job Description:

Social Media Marketing:

· Develop and implement social media strategies to boost organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, moment marketing, and viral content to enhance audience engagement.

· Curate compelling and innovative content formats including posts, reels, stories, and live sessions.

· Drive product marketing campaigns through targeted social media storytelling.

· Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, polls, and interactive content to build brand loyalty.

· Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content for better reach and engagement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for internal event promotion and brand messaging consistency.

Website Management:

· Oversee SEO optimization, website hygiene checks, and content updates to enhance search rankings and user experience.

· Coordinate with the website agency for bug fixes, UI/UX improvements, and feature updates.

· Ensure product pages, blogs, and landing pages are updated with fresh, relevant content.

· Conduct regular website audits to ensure seamless navigation and functionality.

Video Curation:

· Develop and oversee product videos, promotional videos, and customer testimonial videos to drive engagement.

· Create internal activation videos to promote employee and partner engagement initiatives.

· Manage internal digital asset video content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and campaign objectives.

· Work closely with the creative team and video editors to bring high-quality video content to life.

Rewards & Recognition Programs:

· Drive internal recognition campaigns to celebrate employee achievements and engagement milestones.

· Conceptualize and execute internal campaigns and communications highlighting employee success stories

· Plan and manage employee appreciation videos, social spotlights, and engagement-driven initiatives.

· Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate digital promotions with employee rewards programs.

· Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify internal awards and recognitions.
