Key Responsibilities
1. Expert Identification & Outreach
● Identify and shortlist relevant industry experts based on project objectives utilizing platforms like LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and internal databases.
● Employ personalized outreach messages, inviting experts to participate in conducted interviews.
● Manage follow-ups, track conversion performance, and optimize outreach to ensure steady expert pipeline.
2. Interview Process Facilitation
● Guide experts through the Interviewer process, providing necessary information, instructions, and support.
● Share interview links, advisor agreements, and payment forms using established templates.
● Monitor interview completion, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a smooth experience for participants.
3. Data Management & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of expert engagement, interview statuses, and relevant notes.
● Compile and report on key interview metrics to inform process improvements.
4. Compensation Coordination
● Ensure experts receive timely compensation for their participation by managing payment form submissions and coordinating with the finance team.
● Address any payment-related inquiries or issues from experts promptly and professionally.
