Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner 

Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Must have Skills : Load Balancers 

Good to Have Skills :  No Technology Specialty 

Must Have Skills:  Either Data or IP Services/loadbalancer/Netscaler/Avia

Good to Have Skills: 

1- ITIL Found certification preferred

2- CCIE Routing, Switching, Security and Datacenter Certification is Preferred

3- Should be well versed in Switching, Routing and Security

4- Should have good knowledge in monitoring network with tools Cacti, Zenoss, Nagios, PRTG, Netflow, etc

5- Should have worked on large scale network

6- Must have good knowledge in configuring/troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols

7- Must have good exposure on protocols, such as: VLAN, Private VLANS, VTP, STP, DTP, Trunking, Stacking, High Availability ProtocolsHSRP,VRRP,GLBP, Etherchannel, DOT1Q, ISL, SVI

8 - BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Static Routing, Floating Static Routing, Failover, IPv4, IPv6, NTP, ACLs, Route-map, Prefix-Lists, KRON, PBR, AAA, Tacacs, RADIUS, CEF, IPv6 CEF, SLA, TRACK, SNMP, EEM, Syslog, Flow-export, RADIO

9- Must have good knowledge in configuring/troubleshooting of Server and Network Load Balan
