Job Description:
A Manager of Power Trading is responsible for managing the buying and selling of electricity, optimizing risk, and maximizing profit within a power trading operation. Key Responsibilities:

Trading:
- Structured Power Trading: Developing and executing complex power transactions, including pricing, hedging, and risk management.
- Portfolio Management: Building and managing a profitable and risk-balanced portfolio of power products.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and assessing risks.
- Risk Management: Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with power trading, including market volatility and regulatory changes.
- Structured Power Trading: Developing and executing complex power transactions, including pricing, hedging, and risk management.

- Opportunity Identification: Identifying and pursuing business opportunities for power supply, such as open access power deals.
- Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including utilities, government organizations, and other power trading partners.
- Tender Preparation: Participating in and preparing bid documents for tenders of Open Access power supply.
