Job Description:
- Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business for CCTV, Fire Alaram, Services.
- Generate Enquiries through portal
- Act as the point of contact to customers
- •Identify and understand concerns & problems and report them in prescribed format
- •Provided suggested solutions as per training given
- •Resolve differences and misunderstanding
- •Handhold & guide for effective engagement
- •Strive to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Provide daily status report
