Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on nurturing and growing relationships with our existing customer base for mobile accessories. The ideal candidate should preferably have a strong sales background in mobile or mobile accessories, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth for mobile accessories.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in mobile or mobile accessories with a focus on account management and upselling/cross-selling.

3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest mobile devices, accessories, and trends.
2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of mobile accessory products, including cases, screen protectors, chargers, and other related products.
