Hiring Store Exe (Mandideep-Bhopal)

Job Description:

• Receiving and Storing:

  Ensuring proper receipt of materials, storing them in designated areas, and maintaining physical control of all stock. 

   
• Inventory Management:

  Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and updating inventory management systems. 

   
• Material Dispatches:

  Managing the issue of materials to production and other departments, ensuring adequate supplies are available. 

   
• Coordination:

  Working with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless flow of materials and meet production schedules. 

   
• Compliance:

  Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulations related to safety, security, and storage of materials. 

   
• Inventory Control:

  Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, preparing lists of slow-moving items, and taking monthly/annual inventory. 

   
• Quality Assurance:

  Ensuring that all materials received are inspected and accepted by Quality Assurance before being stored. 

   
• Communication:

  Maintaining effective communication with various departments, including accounts and plant management.
