Job Title: Client Acquisition Architect

Location: Pune and Hybrid
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5+ years in financial services sales or sales support

Role Overview:

As a Strategic Client Acquisition Architect, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, responsible for supporting the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation through to client acquisition. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders in the US, marketing, client solutions, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and effective sales process. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the nuances of financial services especially Buy Side.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Prospecting Support

  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts and decision-makers within the target market
  • prospects via email, cold calls etc. To schedule meetings for US based sales rep
  • Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with sales objectives

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • Own sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, sales dashboards, pipeline reports)
  • Track pipeline health and provide actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Develop and refine sales processes and SOPs to support scale

Proposal Development & Presentations

  • Assist in drafting RFPs, pitch decks, and tailored client proposals
  • Coordinate internal teams to prepare client-ready materials
  • Help sales leads prepare for client meetings and presentations with detailed briefs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a sales support, business development, or client services role within financial services (experience with International institutional clients especially in the US preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Investment Management industry (especially Asset Management/Private Equity/Hedge Funds)
  • Proficiency with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills; Enthusiastic, confident, assertive, and most importantly persistent;
  • Open to work in a fast moving start up culture and under pressure;

 

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
