Job Description:

 Experience: 0-3 years

Job Description 

 Processing payroll by consolidating data calculation and entering of data.
 Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in
exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
 Knowledge of Income Tax, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act and PSI,ESI and
Professional tax.
 Should have handled the following activities relating to statutory
compliance, ETDS Return & submission, Deduction & remittance of
Income tax, &Issue of Form 16 and Filing of IT returns, Deduction and
remittance of PF, ESI & Profession tax, Filing of statutory returns
periodically.
 Calculation of perquisite, arrears & Investment declaration.
 Handling Claims & Reimbursement.
 Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of
paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
 Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.  Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax
procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to
best-practice operations.
 Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross
payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit
deductions, etc.)
 Complies with legal requirements by studying existing
and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements Advising
management on needed actions.

Qualification: Any Graduate
