Job Summary:

The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Sales) will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients to drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers in corporates, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new corporate clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.

  • Present and promote products/services tailored to client requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.

  • Work with internal teams (product, legal, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to clients.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in [banking/insurance/telecom/financial services].

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
