Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Sales Executive (Solvent Chemical Industry)

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Yearly Bonus + Benefits (PF, Gratuity, Leave)
Age: 40 years Max

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc. or relevant technical/scientific background

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in technical sales (preferably in the chemical or solvent industry)

  • Age Range: 25–40 years

  • Strong understanding of solvent chemical products and applications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client visits

  • Proficient in online research and documentation

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive for our Solvent Chemical Division. This role involves engaging clients with in-depth product knowledge, driving sales, conducting trials, and working closely with our technical and partner teams to meet client needs and grow our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solvent chemical products.

  • Prepare and present product information (PDS/TDS) and technical presentations.

  • Understand client consumption patterns and offer tailored solutions with competitive quotations.

  • Visit clients across regions to promote and commercialize solvent chemical products.

  • Coordinate with technical personnel from principal companies for client trials and support.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competition analysis, and pricing studies.

  • Develop and implement sales plans based on data analytics to achieve business targets across India.

  • Attend product training, exhibitions, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups on orders and payments.

  • Guide customers on technological upgrades and new product offerings.

  • Lead documentation, sampling, and technical presentation efforts.

  • Mentor junior sales team members where needed.
