Job Description:

Pan India Marketing Manager (Tapes, Labels, Mica & Laminates)

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading marketing operations across India. Focus areas include sales planning and execution, product and pricing strategy, OEM and government business strategy, channel and brand development, digital and CRM deployment, and competition analysis. Aims to drive growth, improve profitability, and build a high-performance marketing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute annual sales targets with the sales team, including forecasting, pipeline, CRM, and pricing.
  • Build and implement strong brand and product positioning strategies for B2B markets.
  • Manage key accounts and government business – pricing, engagement, and adoption strategies.
  • Launch and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products and customer segments.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration for product launches, sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Expand retail and channel presence, manage incentive and promotional programs.
  • Develop marketing content like brochures, case studies, value stories, etc.
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate marketing efforts.
  • Use data analytics for market targeting and strategy decisions.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare MIS reports and follow up on action points.
  • Develop alternative sales models including e-commerce and export marketplaces.
  • Lead industry engagement through events and digital platforms for lead generation and ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in specialty adhesive tapes and labels, ideally across sectors like electrical, automotive, industrial, or electronics.
  • Exposure to working with both agencies and internal brand teams, including key accounts and retail channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in B2B markets.
  • Educational background in Engineering with an MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, go-to-market execution, and business scaling.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

  • Job location- PAN India
  • Base location- Any where in India
  • Travelling will be provided by company 
  • Reporting to Business Unit Head
