Senior Executive/ Executive Legal – Administrative Support Executive (Third Party Payroll) - Mumbai

Job Description:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team including document preparation, legal billings, and
invoices, compliance management & documents management.
Responsibilities
 Administrative legal assistance – Printing, scanning, execution and notarization of voluminous pleadings and
affidavits (including Power of Attorney and Vakalatnama) to be filed in Courts/ Tribunal, procuring stamp
papers.
 Sending through emails the scanned /hard copies of pleadings/documents to lawyers and sharing of soft copies
of voluminous documents with lawyers (by generating SharePoint or We transfer links).
 Preparing first drafts of standard documents, such as standard NDA, holding replies.
 Keeping custody of and maintaining physical files., case papers, PoAs, Original Awards.
 Keeping a record of Engagement Letters of various lawyers and law firms engaged by TPL.
 Keeping a record of and ensuring timely clearance of invoices raised by lawyers / law firms, by following up
with the relevant stakeholder teams.
 To regularly update the various Master Information Sheets (including the MIS app) maintained by TPL, to
ensure timely circulation as and when required by the management.
