Stalwart Management Consulting is looking for young, energetic, passionate individuals with an interest to build a career in recruitments/ hiring. To join Stalwart Management Consulting’s Talent Acquisition Group under the “Millennial Career Program”, meet us at our Malad office:

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Sourcing profiles based on given job descriptions
• Telephonic Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview
• Continuous interaction with the Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand roles and requirements and to plan and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Candidate management – Coordination and scheduling for interviews
• Post-offer engagements with the selected candidates
• Develops strong in-house sourcing and assessment capabilities
• Interview Feedback Collation and updating in the HRMS
• Adherence to targets

What you need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

We have a rocking time at work at our office in Mindspace, Malad (W) from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM onwards. Every Saturday is a half day and 4th Saturday of each month is an off.
