Job Description:

UI Designer

Salary – 8-10 Lac

● Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of work experience

● An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating User-centered design solutions

● Expert knowledge in best practices for web and mobile design, as well as working knowledge of usability principles and techniques

● Proficient with core design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Sketch, Invision, etc

● Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

● Design digital dashboards and products driven by data visualization

● Get involved with every aspect of product design and development cycle

● Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, as well as design supporting materials for products

● Share work in progress with team members to gather and synthesize feedback

● Take pride in your work and always strive for excellence, aesthetic beauty, intuitive simplicity, and elegance in what you produce

● Interested in creating products powered by artificial intelligence and working on the defining edge of the industry

● Curious about or familiar with the stock market and or trading / investing

● Have a sense of humor and effective interpersonal communication skills

● Eager to learn, want your contributions to have an impact, and are excited about being a part of a high-growth startup

Bonus Points:

● Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, or any design-related field. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

● Experience in data visualization using libraries like D3.js

● Experience in several of the following: designing complex user workflows, decision-support systems, large dataset visualizations and framework-level interactions, information architecture, graphic/visual design, usability research/analysis
