Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management
  • Initiate vendor code creation and conduct denied party screening for third-party procurements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely invoice submissions.
  • Process GRNs and vendor invoices; follow up with accounts for documentation and payment issues.
  • Manage hotel PRs, POs, and GRNs for CSMs and other meetings.
  1. Process Support
  • Facilitate new doctor code creation and speaker flag requests with necessary approvals.
  • Manage flagging/unflagging of doctors (Govt/Non-Govt) and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle national KOL flag requests and Abbworld data corrections (e.g., PAN, MCI No., qualifications).
  • Support EPD verification and physical PSA approvals during system issues.
  • Coordinate with BCC for exception approvals.
  1. Compliance Support
  • Raise ARFs for conferences, ensuring PR and PO processes are followed.
  • Issue participation letters to third-party conference bodies.
  • Manage POP closures for third-party conferences and non-PSA ARFs.
  • Ensure timely PSA release, closure, and resolution of rejections or cancellations.
  • Maintain PSA logs and coordinate with stakeholders (field, BCC, SFA, GSD helpdesk) for query resolution.
  1. MIS & Reporting
  • Compile daily activity calendars by coordinating with ABMs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on PSA status and activity closures.
  • Generate health clinic reports on a regular basis.
  1. Query Management & Execution
  • Act as the single point of contact for the field team for execution, documentation, and technical queries.
  • Provide backend coordination support with the Head Office.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing support or operations, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with internal systems like Abbworld, PSA, ARF processes is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
