Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
* Manage new client inquires
* Quote management from supplier and sub contractors
* Manage accurate process of client related documentation (Contract preparation, Material selection, Post contract variation, Handover documents, Shop drawings)
* End-to-end building permit and occupancy permit process
* Manage all necessary documentation from suppliers, contractors, lenders, and brokers as required.
* Prepare purchase order
Job Requirements:

Job Timings: 6am - 3pm
