Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their preferences and purchase history.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software).

Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Organize and follow up on client appointments, product viewings, and special events.

Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve service standards.

Support in achieving monthly and annual sales and service targets.

Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty.

Promote new collections, offers, and services to key clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in luxury retail or jewellery industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and relationship building.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
