Job Description 

eCommerce Marketing: ● Manage and grow sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. ● Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content and visuals. ● Plan promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with sales.
Social Media Management: ● Own the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. ● Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations. ● Track engagement metrics and optimize strategy based on performance. Performance Marketing: ● Create, manage, and analyze ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. ● Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. ● Work with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives that convert.
Analytics & Reporting: ● Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace dashboards to track performance. ● Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to leadership. ● Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on data-driven decisions.
Requirements: ● 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience. ● Proven track record in managing eCommerce, social media, and paid performance campaigns. ● Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. ● Strong analytical skills with an eye for creative branding. ● Excellent communication and project management skills.
