🧾 Job Description: Recovery Executive – NBFC

Job Title: Recovery Executive
Department: Collections & Recovery

Reports To: Recovery Manager / Branch Manager
Job Type: Full-time

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Follow up with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visits

• 🗂️ Identify and trace defaulters to recover pending dues

• 🤝 Negotiate repayment terms and educate customers on payment obligations

• 📋 Maintain daily records of recovery status and customer interactions

• 📍 Visit customers' premises for on-ground recovery and settlement discussions

• ⚖️ Escalate chronic default cases for legal or repossession action

• 🔐 Coordinate with the legal team for recovery through proper channels

• 💬 Resolve disputes or customer grievances related to repayment

• 📊 Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize NPA levels

• 🧾 Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

🎓 Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field

• 1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC or microfinance)

• Knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work in field-based recovery roles

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
