JD:

 

  • Create and execute sales strategies for elevators, modernization, and service contracts.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry connections.

  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to find new opportunities.

  • Lead and manage a sales team.

  • Handle both B2B and B2C sales.

  • Qualify leads based on project scope and client profile.

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Other Details:

  • Working Time: 09:30 am – 06:30 pm
  • Working Days : Monday - Saturday
  • Location : Basaweshwar Nagar, Bangalore (Candidate need to cover entire Bangalore as it is field sales)
