Create and execute sales strategies for elevators, modernization, and service contracts.

Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry connections.

Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.

Monitor market trends and competitors to find new opportunities.

Lead and manage a sales team.

Handle both B2B and B2C sales.

Qualify leads based on project scope and client profile.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

- Working Time: 09:30 am – 06:30 pm
- Working Days : Monday - Saturday
- Location : Basaweshwar Nagar, Bangalore (Candidate need to cover entire Bangalore as it is field sales)
