Job Description:

An HR MIS Executive job involves managing and analyzing HR data to provide insights for decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports. They work with HRIS systems, Advanced excel, and other tools to track metrics, identify trends, and support HR operations, TA team and planning. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collecting, managing, and maintaining HR data, including employee records, recruitment data, and performance data. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations using HR data to track key metrics like headcount, diversity, turnover, and recruitment costs. 
  • HRIS Management: Working with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure data integrity, update systems, and extract data for analysis. 
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. 
  • Data Accuracy: Ensuring data accuracy, validation, and cleaning for reliable reporting. 
  • Collaboration: Working with HR team members and other stakeholders to provide data and insights. 
  • Adherence to Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant HR regulations and policies. 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions. 
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization. 
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices. 
  • Data Management Skills: Ability to manage large datasets, ensure data integrity, and clean data. 
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate data findings and insights clearly and concisely. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with accuracy and maintain data integrity. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like Business Administration, Information Technology, or Human Resources. 
  • Experience: Some positions may require 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS/MIS.
