Position:          Executive - Mfg. & Filling

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing vessels: Ensure the proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of manufacturing vessels,  including pumps, and other associated equipment used in insulin production.
• Conduct filtration operations: Perform filtration operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of filtration systems, to ensure the quality and purity of insulin products.
• Monitor and control process parameters: Monitor and control process parameters, such as temperature, pH, and pressure, to ensure optimal conditions for insulin production.
• Perform quality control checks: Conduct quality control checks on insulin products, including sampling, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs): Adhere to established SOPs and guidelines for operation, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Document and record process data: Accurately document and record process data, including all CPPs.
• Troubleshoot issues: Identify and troubleshoot issues with manufacturing, filtration, pumps including mechanical, electrical, or software problems.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of manufacturing operation: Familiarity with manufacturing, filtration and re-circulation operation, including setup, operation, and maintenance for Insulin (N, R, bi-phasis and glargine products).
• Understanding of manufacturing and filtration principles: Knowledge of manufacturing, filtration, recirculation principles and method.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues with manufacturing and filtration vessels.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
