Interior Draftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman with a strong background in residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating accurate and detailed drawings for interior spaces, and a keen eye for design and technical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for residential interior projects

• Collaborate with designers and architects to convert concepts into working drawings

• Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, design intent, and industry standards

• Make necessary modifications and updates based on client feedback or site conditions

• Maintain documentation and version control of design files

• Coordinate with project teams and vendors for drawing approvals and execution

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field

• 4–5 years of experience in interior residential drafting

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software

• Solid understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
